MICRO - CONTROLLER UNIT FOR SERVO STABILIZER WITH MULTI MODE MONITOR
TDS Microcontroller with Multi Mode Monitor is the latest development in the field of Power Electronics for controlling Bidirectional Servo Motor for getting instant and accurate regulation through Buck & Boosting.
Technology TDS make Microcontroller Multimode Monitor has Two Sections.
(a)CONTROLLER : it keeps the nominal Output Voltage within + 0.5% to 1 % Simultaneously it also maintains High/Low cut off Temperature Overload Single Phase Preventer and Short circuit protection. Front panel is also provided with set of press switches to set different Electrical Parameters which vanes with capacity of the stabilizer.
(b) DISPLAY SECTION: It measures and displays Input Voltage, Output Voltage, Output Current and Chamber Temperature. Display Board also shows visual indications of various control functions provided on the front panel.
Password Protection is also provided in the TDS Microcontroller for safety of the Equipment. This protection is needed in the industry to save from Non- Technical person accidentally giving wrong commands to controller. Training of Password Protection will be given to technical Person authorized by the customer or same will be handled by the Service Department duly authorized by the manufacturer.
SERVO STABILIZERS:
NEI voltage Regulator/Stabilizers are designed for maintaining the mains voltage constant at all times. Their design automatically ensures that the mains voltage remains stable even if the incoming mains voltage drift is high or low. They are characterized by high efficiency and are completely unaffected by power factor, load and frequency variations. All models of Regulators are available for outdoor/indoor use as per requirement. NEI regulators are suitable for supplying Resistive, Inductive or Capacitive Load. Neither radio interference nor additional harmonics occur within the permissible operation range.
NEI Automatic Servo Stabilizer operates on a closed loop control. The output voltage is measured and compared with a high-stable reference in an electronic control unit. Whenever the output /voltage deviates from the reference for more than 1% (standard) the servo drive is switched on until the output voltage has again reached the nominal value i.e 230 + 1%. This results in a booster
Voltage, to be added to or taken away from the line voltage corresponding to the inputline deviation. Automatic voltage Stabilizer consists of Electrically and Mechanically simple components.
