Micro - Controller Unit for Servo Stabilizer with Multi Mode Monitor

TDS Microcontroller with Multi Mode Monitor is the latest development in the field of Power Electronics for controlling Bidirectional Servo Motor for getting instant and accurate regulation through Buck & Boosting.Technology TDS make Microcontroller Multimode Monitor has Two Sections.

(a)CONTROLLER : It keeps the nominal Output Voltage within + 0.5% to 1 % Simultaneously it also maintains High/Low cut off Temperature Overload Single Phase Preventer and Short circuit protection. Front panel is also provided with set of press switches to set different Electrical Parameters which vanes with capacity of the stabilizer.

(b) DISPLAY SECTION: It measures and displays Input Voltage, Output Voltage, Output Current and Chamber Temperature. Display Board also shows visual indications of various control functions provided on the front panel.

Password Protection is also provided in the TDS Microcontroller for safety of the Equipment. This protection is needed in the industry to save from Non- Technical person accidentally giving wrong commands to controller. Training of Password Protection will be given to technical Person authorized by the customer or same will be handled by the Service Department duly authorized by the manufacturer.
